It looked to me when I went back on Tivo that he hit Leinart cleanly, but Matt didn't go down.. when Matt was going to get the through off he grabbed Matt's left leg and pulled it off the ground creating that smack down.

But yeah, I didn't think you were allowed to pick up the QB to sack him and was surprised there was no penalty, especially in a pre-season game.
