Never in the modern era. Heck, winning 3 games was about as bad as it's ever been. We haven't gone 1-15 like the Cowboys, Jets, etc. In the 90's the Rams were the worst team, but I am willing to bet there are people who think the Cards were the worst during that time. :rolleyes:

You know, I was thinking about all the bashing that the national media does of the Cardinals and it reminded me of something my grandma used to say;

"Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you do criticize them, you will be a mile away and you will have their shoes."

Very true....my bro Redrage and I have always said that it might not hurt to have a 1-15 season....we always seem to miss out on the top 1 or 2 talents, like a Peyton Manning or a Michael Vick, because we aren't bad enough.

I'm pretty sure they sucked in:

1939 (Ernie Nevers) 1 - 10 (Beat (true!) Pittsburgh Pirates

1943 (Phil Handler) 0 & 11

1944 (Phil Handler/Walt Kiesling) 1 & 12 (Beat Giants)

1945 (Phil Handler) 1 - 9 & 1 (Tied Skins; Beat Bears)

1953 (Joe Stydahar) 1 - 10 - 1 (Tied Rams, Beat Bears)

1954 (Joe Stydahar) 2 - 10 (Beat Steelers and Skins)

1958 (Pop Ivy) 2 - 9 - 1 (Tied Eagles. Beat Giants & Skins)

1959 (Pop Ivy) 1 - 10 (Beat Skins and Steelers).

11, yeah we've been the worst in the nfl before. But we do it in weekly allotments, not yearly. The KC games last year we we're worst in the nfl that week, as well as the at philly week. :D does that simplify it ????? weak to week
