The game is so ugly, I guess Monty wants his starters to soak in it's ugliness.

At least use this to rest

No reason Chris Paul should be out there. Mikal is leading the league in minutes played

Rest these damn guys

I agree but they don't deserve it the way they have played.

Bridges should not be out there. The last thing we need is for him to get hurt just before everyone is back.

What the hell Monty?!?

Damion Lee (0-4) from three might want to rethink wanting to be in the 3-point shooting contest.

Suns now trail by 41 points, 118-77. Can they surpass 50?

He was never really good to begin with? I called this out at the beginning of the season when some here were saying he’s good enough to let Ayton leave.

At least he plays hard. On a night like tonight I can appreciate that.

The worst teams in history have been filled with untalented try hard guys. They belong at end of the bench for a reason. That’s not a jab at landale, he is what he is and works hard with what limitations he has.

I'm surprised we are talking about Jock. It's the players that didn't show up with any defensive effort that I am concerned about.

Even Kaminsky would look good on the Suns bench this season.

The game was nationally televised. The audience is probably thinking they have seen this show before.

Interesting because statistically Bridges is our best player tonight.
Bridges is putrid? Are you at the bar or watching the game?
Bridges took 18 shots and was 1 of 7 from three…to get his 23 pts… 10 of which came from the free throw line.
Putrid might be a little strong… He brought some energy, in spurts. But his shooting was terrible.

More importantly, this team is going nowhere without Booker AND a legit Wing threat.
Cam Johnson is a great 6th man option… that’s it. His defense is incredibly poor. He was consistently out of position tonight. Major disappointment all around with him.

And man… watching DA in person makes him all the more frustrating. His size and physical stature alone are beyond stunning. Combined with his athleticism, you would think he would be putting up triple doubles nearly as often as Joker! Ugh….

Chris Paul had been playing well until tonight but I do agree this is a need. There is no excuse for the Suns defense though.
It’s fun to think this team is “this” close… That all they need is to pick up a solid trade for Crowder, get Book back and Voila, instant threat in the post season.
But they’re really not that close at all. Paul is simply not a reliable, viable PG. And in the grind of the post season where you play the same team 5,6 or 7 times, he won’t last…
Cam Johnson is not a starter… his defense is horrendous and his shooting is spotty. And his athleticism is lacking.
If the best thing we can say about our bench is Dario Saric… well, again, we’re just not that close at all…
