HD Channel blacked out?

WTF? I pay all this damn money for HD and they black out the game! Channel 721 on cox says the game is supposed to be there!!

They do not know what they are talking about..The game was also supposed to be on nba tv which is also blacked out. Channel 9 looks like crap on my tv.

Argh, eventhough I know people hate him, he has transformed that franchise.

Channel 45 broadcasts over the air in HD some of the time - according to a list of Phoenix HD and digital TV stations I found. I don't know whether they ever broadcast Suns games that way. I hope so... I bought an HD tuner for my computer and it isn't going to work for cable broadcasts, as its strictly over-the-air.

Yeah, they've been "working on it" since last season. There were plenty of games last year that the same thing happened on. I think the only time 721 worked was when it was a FSN broadcast.

Which is odd since Fox doesn't broadcast the Cardinals games in HD.

What they probably are not telling us is that when the game is on channel 9 (45), they have exclusive rights to the local broadcast. I am just speculating on this because yes I have seen the fox broadcast shown on 721 and 34 at the same time and never 9 and 721 at the same time. TV rules and regulations are well, f'ed up to say the least. All I know is that I pay over a hundred bucks a month for cable and to have crap like this happen is not excusable!

I love to complain... so TNT HD is the worst HD channel that Cox has. I think that it is only 480p upconverted.

Dish has a wonderful picture of TNTHD. (My brother and I have the same tv, so it is funny to notice the differences.)
