I think that Heap was exactly who Dockett was pointing the finger at. Dockett has been banged up, yet he still plays.

And though the official website wrote a nice little article about him, I guess Kelemete sucks, cause Ornberger is in the lineup again. Ugh.

He never plays, collects a nice check for doing nothing and when he does play he is hardly a game changer to be important enough to keep. Great guy, once was an elite TE but his days are done as a professional athlete where no one owes you anything regardless of the past if your not helping now...especially when your playing on a team where your past did not benefit them

What a shock. Just get this guy off the roster. Snyder out again also.

Too bad getting rid of injured players is so difficult.

Also too bad that there are no people on the planet, eligible for the NFL, who are better than the guys already on NFL rosters. If that's not true then why keep guys on the roster who can't be trusted and so never play?

Agreed. The Powell thing is baffling. Hopefully he gets some touches today.

I think Heap realizes this is his last NFL season and this team isn't going anywhere. He doesnt want to risk any possible aggrivation of an injury even if it is something an NFL player would normally play with when all he's interested in is cashing a few more checks, staying healthy and riding off into the sunset in 2 months.
