Heart issue ends Celts F Green's season (AP)

Boston Celtics forward Jeff Green will have heart surgery and miss the entire season. The Celtics made the announcement on Saturday. The team says Green should be able to resume his career next year. Celtics president Danny Ainge says the most important thing is Green's health. The surgery is scheduled for Monday at the Cleveland Clinic.
