Oh sorry, I guess I said that lol
It was an OK story but for Hellboy it wasn't quite up to par with the comics just my opinion. I thought the characters they had did a great job

I thought the story was weak and that is why I didn't give it a higher grade.

Liked it a lot. It was definitely worth the price and a good 2 hours of entertainment!

The world just might explode any second if we keep this up, Shane.... :D

Helluva fun movie. It's at least as good as the first one, and for my part, I like the wise-cracking Hellboy better than a dark one. Good monsters (the angel of death is NOT CG.... Awesome!), decent story, excellent bad guys, and a roller coaster of fun! Woo-Hoo!!!!

I wish they'd make another, but the relatively paltry 52.5 million it's grossed in two weeks doesn't make it likely, even thought it got a fresh tomato from Rotten Tomatoes at 87%. It was just stupid to release it when they did against The Dark Knight and others (it was originally scheduled to release in early August).

Anyway... I'll own the video on this one!!!! 4 out of 5 stars

Agree with a bulk of the assessments. Amazing visuals. The story had its ups and downs, but on the whole I liked it.

Saw this on Saturday...I really enjoyed it. I agree, though, it had a different feel than #1, but it didn't take anything away from the experience. I wonder if their will be a #3...the plans were perfectly laid out in this one for another Hellboy.

The first movie was so so. I didn't expect much out of this one either. I have to be honest in that I don't like the FX style of these films one bit. However, I like BT. I will probably rent this on Blu Ray in the next week or so but I doubt I buy it since I never bought the first.
