Hits all of the needs list... obviously we'd all like a top pass rushing talent, but we haven't had any luck having those guys fall to where we're picking the last 3 years.

There were only 2 DE/OLBs taken in the 2nd rd... Kamalei Correa & Shilique Calhoun (both before our 2nd rd pick). Are either of those guys better choices than Neal?

No way would I take him in round one. No one has him rated that high. Not even considered a top 5 Safety. Most have him going in rounds 3 to 5.
