Here's our gamebreaker. He's faster than DRC.

Chris Williams can flat out fly. 4.28 fast enough for you?

He will be our Darren Sproles, 'cept as a wideout and return guy. In reading the article it looks like he's caught the Cardinals' eye.

I've seen him play since high school and I can tell you if he was 2 or 3 inches taller we'd be talking about taking him in the second round.

As it stands, fifth round is not too early for him if you ask me.

He can really fly and would be a great addition it would allow Breaston to just concentrate on being a receiver.

I'd have to see the highlight reel. Sproles' college highlight reel was unreal and unique.

I wonder how much value the Cards will set for him or someone similar..? Would they take him in the 5th or 6th round or wait for UDFA? It seems freeing up Breaston alone would be worth a 5-6 rd pick to me, especially if he's anywhere in the same ballpark as near dynamic as sproles. Put him next to boldin on a fly pattern in a 4 wr set, Touchdown! itis the One thing we don't have in the passing game.. breakaway speed at wr.

As far as what is consider breakaway speed by most accounts...Breaston does qualify, and a main reason why we need to save his efforts for the WR position now that the light has come on and find someone to take over the return game

He did. But this guy held up a the end of his 4.28 40. :D

DRC did it with electronic time system at the combine. This guy did it with a hand stop watch. Its common for scouts to add .1 to .15 seconds to any hand timed 40 because that's how long the hand reaction time is to start the watch and stop it.

This guy would have ran a 4.38 to 4.43 at the combine electronic timing system. Fast yes, but DRC would have blown him away..

I've seen this kid play on TV a few times and he impressed me more than Breaston did at Michigan. Sure hands and good bit of wiggle and speed. He's awfully small though, the team site has him at 157lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!

He is small. And is 5'7" on his best day.

Still...

Look at what Sproles has done at - RB!

Chris Williams will find a place on an NFL roster. I only hope it's with us.

I think overall increased team speed is a priority for coach whizz and he is certainly showing that by looking at the Pitt and NMSt players; beating the bushes,so to say.. can't wait for the draft and UDFAgency.

The runner in our Olympic 4 x 4 100 team that set a world record is looking to sign with an NFL team. He was the lead off runner and I forget his name but he has the size and would be the fastest guy in the NFL.
