Thanks for the kudos. I've hit a plateau over the last nine or so days but I am thinking it is because I ran out of multi-vitamins and have not taken any in that time. I plan on getting more today and hope to kickstart the next phase of the weight loss. I feel fantastic.

You skipped Alex and Emma? I think we're all proud of you for that. You still have a ways to go but you always start with baby steps. Good job.

Mike has signed up for the 12-step Manly Movie Program. He's apparently completed step 1 - congrats Mike on the progress - don't fall off the wagon - or get on the wagon, depending on how you see it.

Well I guess nobody went to go see From Justin to Kelly - it didn't even crack the top 10 in its opening weekend. I guess this means no From Clay to Ruben
