It's been awhile, but I met you In the 2002 season at the Detroit game. I was the drunk fan from Indiana holding a sign that said,"Can you believe I traveled 1,700 miles for this?" Do you remember the Lion fan that was so trashed that he passed out about 10 rows behind us?

I haven't been able to post messages because I've only had access to my computer at work and their pretty strict about computer use. I finally have internet at home and wanted to drop by and see if you still remembered meeting. If not, no big deal I'm sure that you and the Avengers meet plenty of people from out of town.

Didn't make a game this year. I was so disgusted after the Pittsburg and Cleveland games that I threw in the towel. This was the first time in twenty-three years that I had not witnessed a Cardinal game in person. I'm so glad that the Tobin and McGinnis era is finally behind us. Hell, I enjoyed Buddy Ball more than the football I witnessed for the past two seasons. At least he had some balls. As luck would have it I canceled my flight and did not use the tickets to the most exciting game of the year, Minnesota. If I had been at that game I may have never watched another game in person. I'm certain that I would believe I cursed the team because I desperately wanted a loss. Seen some bad games in person. I was in Arizona in 96 to watch the Jets post their only win of the season and followed that one up with a fourth quarter meltdown in 97 at Cincinnati. Cards were up 21-3 in the fourth quarter and lost that game. Although I didn't get to witness the Cards last series, by that time security was helping me find my way back to the vehichle.

I love the board and look forward to posting now on a regular basis.

Glad you remembered. That was a hell of a game. I forget who, probably someone you know pulled his pants down and mooned Bidwill . I was just standing there, then all of a sudden this dude next to me has his pants around his knees with his ass pointing straight up at Bidwill in the press box. If memory serves me correct he was also shown an early exit by security. It hated to see that. It brought back flashbacks from Cincinnati in August of 97.

Great to speak to you again. I'll be flying out to another game this year. I hope it's half as entertaining as the Detroit game. After the game I ended up at a party completely catered with authentic Mexican food that my cousin was throwing. I woke up the next morning in the guacamola. Needless to say it was a rough flight back to Louisville.

Oh by the way, what do the food references mean?

New guy buys.

The dude who mooned Bidwill is named Rob. He grew up across the street from me. He did not renew last year and only made to the Minnesota game this year. He says he going to be back next year.
