Yeah it sucks having to do this on so many computers but I really use each one of them.

I actually only have loaded them on 2 of my computers. I'm just going to copy the addons/config files to a CD and move them over to my third computer tonight. Hopefully that is a lot quicker.

What?
I unzip all the add ons on a memory stick then copy past on each pc. Saves a lot of time.

Watch out for key loggers on the wow forums, don't click links that take you out of their site.

Have you guys listened to the latest "The Instance" pod cast with Curt Shilling. Curt is a hard core gamer and has 2 level 70s and is working on a third.

Very cool interview.

My Shadow Priest dinged 58 last night. This morning I quickly ran down to the Dark Portal and entered the Outlands for the first time. I'm so pumped to check out the new world! I love that huge battle going on right as you pass through the portal.

:thewave:

Hit the AH and replaced all of my expensive Blue gear with Green gear that is twice as good.

My shadow priest has +1142 shadow damage now. RAWR

So I'm looking for good gear that has +shadow damage but I can't seem to find any at lvls 60/61/62 on the AH. Do I pretty much have to wait till I get closer to 70 for the good + Shadow damage gear? Is it mostly on PvP gear?

Finally hit 65 with my Shadow Priest last night. Half way through the Expansion now. I think I just might be able to make it to 70 before the new expansion is released.

got my Enchanting to 365 but now I don't have the Rep to get better Enchanting recipies. What's the best way to bring my Rep up. I'm a third of the way through Honored at Honor Hold but I'm all out of quests there.

anyone want to just play some characters you can take over mine... It just sits there, can't stand the loot system since the expansion... You have to devote WAY too much time to get the decent stuff...

3 - 70's on this particular account...

I got my hunter up to 68, should ding 70 by the end of the weekend. How can you take over someone else's characters? I thought once you made them you were stuck with them.

I'm guessing that he would give you his login info.

That's what I would guess as well, but my question was in a general sense. I've enjoyed leveling my own character and will do the same with my next, but I've seen people advertising in trade channel that they want to trade character X for character Y. I was just curious how they did that.

Correct, you would have to use my log in... don't even have to pay... I am just waiting for the next expansion which will make all of the hours that everyone put into the rediculous stuff that you have to do to get the good stuff useless..

It was pretty funny after the Hours, and I mean hours and hours and hours, of getting my matched set of high end gear on the original release to go into BC and get a trash mob drop green BOE item that just blows out my epic item on day one... This was the whole reason I would not put in the hours on BC, guild run after guild run, roll after roll to have something that is outdated in a year... Simply not worth it.

So basically if someone wanted to just try out the characters for free, I see no harm... Priest, Rogue and Hunter 70's on this account. (just don't sell my stuff...)

It's probably credit farmers selling, or swapping, accounts that they bought or stole. What they do is take your money via PayPal or a credit card and provide you the login information for the account.

It can quite often dubious. They can reclaim the "sold" account if they keep the originial CD's and the keycode. And if you use a credit card, they can use that info to run up a hefty bill.

That said, can t00ns be transfered between accounts? I know you can do that in Galaxies.

they can only be transferred between accounts that have the same billing owner information... I have two accounts, one I set up for myself when the game was first released and one that my son uses, we were able to transfer his toon that he had started on my account to his new account once I had set it up... (that was also not avavlable initially, it was possible a few months prior to the BC release).

World of Warcraft said:
Account Restrictions:

- Transfers between accounts can be done only if you are the subscriber on both accounts. (We do not support the transfer of characters between friends, guild mates, or family members.)
- Trial accounts are not eligible to send or receive characters. To remove this restriction please upgrade to a paid account.
- Characters may not be transferred to or from a locked, suspended, or banned account.
- Customers with expansion accounts cannot transfer characters to a non-expansion account. The reverse is accepted.

I have a few 70s (Paladin, Warlock, Rogue, Warrior) and 60ish Priest and Hunter.

On EU Servers obviously, I played a while with "For the Horde" at the end of classic WoW but since I have quit a couple times in between I am back with my original guild that I had been leading for a year or so at least eventhough they aren't that good and we are still stuck on Muru and Kil'jaeden thanks to the Euro 2008 and many people quitting during the summer months.

My Shadow Priest dinged 69 last night.

Oh I see the light at the end of the tunnel. So close but yet so far.

I also rolled a new warrior and got him to 19. Kind of my first ***** and I have been having some fun in the battle grounds.

FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dinged 70 last night for the first time. What a marathon!

As soon as I dinged I was faced with the question "Now What?" LOL. It was too much to think about so I decided to get some sleep for a change.

Well I got my standard flying mount last night and absolutely love it. Can't wait to get the faster Epic Flyer. It opens up a whole new game.

Also we downed the Fel Reaver last night to make our key for access to Shattered Halls. It felt great to get revenge for all the times that thing squished me in my low 60s.
