Hole in one

i just got back from the golf course and i wanted to tell everyone i got a hole in one on a par 3 hole. a few friends and i played a quick nine holes before their wives got out of church. on hole number 4 i got a hole in one. this is my first hole in one. it is time to celebrate some more.

I usually shoot in the 70's...and sometimes I play the back nine.

The event was for special needs children. A customer invited me knowing I have a son with cerebral palsy / mental retardation. I accepted months in advance & then almost forgot about it. My son had surgery 3 days before & I hadn't slept in 2 nights before this golf outing. Thank God the par 3 was the 2nd hole we played, because I was wiped out on the back 9. I nailed a 4 iron & the hole was playing 184 yds. The sponsors were tickled & I made the evening news.

I was in a group at Sedona Golf Resort and a friend of mine hit 12ft. behind the pin and it backed up like that MIchelson commercial to drop in.

Was there ever anything more exciting in Golf than the way Tiger Woods seems to win tournaments. Its insane! Hasnt had anything dramatic since that chip in with the nike logo., but that hole in one in Phx where everyone threw their beers onto the course like we aint worthy was the ONLY TIME in golf where it felt like a real sport to cheer for as fans. Everyone was screaming at the top of their lungs when he did that.
