Can so many so-called experts be sooo wrong about the Cardinals??? Most of you know I'm a cautiously optimistic Cards fan...I'll take a sip of the Kool-Aid now and again, but I also find myself agreeing with DarkSiders from time to time. My question is how can sooo many people see this Cardinals team as absolutely horrible...and I can't...or maybe won't see it? I think my optimism does stem from the preseason performance which may be very decieving...but also in the attitude I have seen from guys like Blake, Smith, and Dex Jackson. I see this as an 8-8 team if everyone can stay healthy(hardly optimistic by some other teams standards)...So my question to you is...which is it? Is the Nat'l media just looking at the math and last years squad and comming up with zero? Are we decieving ourselves that this team is any good...or are we setting ourselves up for the fall again? I guess we'll get some answers on Sunday....

Not ALL of them. Just the ones that are saying that the Cards suck.

Experts don't fight trends. Take a look at ESPN's picks for the winners of the division and the superbowl...

They are all nearly identical. So much so that when you see a different team it is striking. That is because no one wants to be the guy that makes the big mistake. They would rather put out identical predictions so they don't stand out from the crowd when they are wrong.

Oh and they are always wrong on at least one team.
