I've got everything plugged in, everything's coming through clearly but I'm getting squat for sound. Literally, nothing is coming through.

What did I plug in wrong?

That'd be my first guess.

Still looking for two and three.

I've got them according to the manual, put in the right spots according to it and the Cox rep. I dunno, I probably plugged it in wrong and have to figure out the problem.

Does your TV have a setting for turning the speakers on or off? I would check that first then double check the cables. As Migrating asked, what kind of cables are you using for sound and exactly how do you have them hooked up?

I'd chime in here as well, but I have nothing new to add. I also think that the TV's internal speakers are most likely causing the issue.

Are you using the red/white cables for sound?
