Here are some that I thought were interesting:

Detroit gets a B+? Darko may not play this year and if he does then he won't get minutes? Delfino will be in Europe? Where are these comments coming from?
SA & Sacramento get A+'s for trading thier picks?
Lakers get a C- for drafting proven guys that should help them this year?
Phx gets a B for addressing their 2 major needs, but Portland got a B+ for taking a HS project in Travis Outlaw.
I think this guy was smoking something.

Detroit (B+): Nothing the Pistons did in the draft was about 2003-2004, Darko may or may not play this year because of contract issues (it's more likely he will), but if he's on the roster he's not going to get huge meaningful minutes. Carlos Delfino will likely do some summer stuff with Detroit, but he'll continue to play overseas, and Andreas Gliniadakis, was a pick.. nothing more. It was a good draft with tons of potential for Detroit, but they were not trying to solve issues for next year.
2. F/C Darko Milicic Serbia & Montenegro
25. G/F Carlos Delfino Argentina
58. C Andreas Gliniadakis Greece
San Antonio (A+): The Spurs had nothing to gain but lost cap room in keeping this pick, while Barbosa might turn into an NBA stud in a few years, he wasn't going to add anything to the Spurs, so dealing him was smarter for their short term goals.
28. G Leandrinho Barbosa* Brazil
* San Antonio trades draft rights of Barbosa to Phoenix for a future first-round pick.
LA Lakers (C-): Good news for the Laker haters... this draft did nothing to help the Lakers in 30-04, maybe that's a bit rough but Brian Cook, while a mature and polished player, is not a rugged rebounder or an imposing big man to spell Shaq... Luke Walton while a big man is even less than Cook, both have offense, both are highly coachable which may explain the selections, neither should be expected to see meaningful floor time, if they make the active roster (which they likely will). There were solutions for the Lakers at 24 and they didn't take them, but Phil Jackson doesn't play rookies anyway.
24. F Brian Cook Illinois
32. F Luke Walton Arizona
Phoenix (B): This was their guy, they basically promised they'd take him and they did, he has some serious upside with a lot potential, but Euros take time. At 17 they could have done a lot worse, but equally there were some better prospects there. The Suns must have seen something the rest didn't. The pickup of Leandrinho Barbosa from San Antonio could pay dividends, they have been looking at backup points and Barbosa could learn a lot from Stephon Marbury.
17. F/C Zarko Cabarkapa Serbia & Montenegro
* Phoenix also trades a future first-round pick to San Antonio for draft rights of G Leandrinho Barbosa.
Sacramento (A+): The Kings basically had nothing to gain in this draft, they did the smart thing in not trying to make something happen. The deal with Boston that brought in Darius Songaila was a decent move, they have free agency and then they re-load for 03-04. If you don't have it, don't force it and the Kings did a very good job staying out of this draft, they didn;t need anything they could have gotten.
