Watching this game you can't but think if Watson had gone all in on player development (as he should have done), the team would have won more games. Wow, 60% FGs and 30 assists with Bled and Booker playing more sensible minutes.

The only player with a negative +/- tonight was Len, and it was a whopping -10. He is our new tank commander, but he needed help tonight. Other than being tall, the game of basketball just does not come naturally to him. He could learn from Sauce. Williams doesn't move fast, but he's always in control. His floater is a thing of beauty. I feel like Len gets himself in trouble trying to be quick, using fancy post moves, when he should just take his time and rely on his size.

Offensively, Williams makes our guards better whether you're comparing him to Len or Chandler. It's incredible watching how comfortable Booker, Ulis, Warren, Barbosa and Bledsoe are when passing that ball into Alan in the paint. And he can run that pick and roll like Chandler does too except that also like Chandler, the pick and pop isn't a real threat. Still, he's a definite keeper and I just love his demeanor and attitude about the game.

I like Williams so far but it'd be nice to have a big who can play the pick and pop with our guards. For whatever reason Chriss hasn't shown an ability to do it well, which is a shame because he'd probably be the most effective in it since he primarily roles to the basket and can throw it down in the paint. If he learned to pop out of that though he'd be more dangerous by keeping his opponent guessing.

I have a lot of patience with Chriss. I really like what he does on the court. He is going to be a load for the entire league in a couple of years. I think McDonough got it right with this past draft. Hopefully we can keep them around and add to them going forward.

While Booker is ahead of them now. I think Chriss and Bender have a chance to be fantastic as well.

Can't wait to see this team next year.

If we lock in Len to a long term contract he will just frustrate fans.

Gosh I love watching this lineup. Tyler Ulis is the best true PG the Suns have had since Steve Nash. Who cares if he's short, it doesn't seem to hurt his passing or court vision.

It's just funny how so many of our younger guys have so much higher basketball IQ than the old veterans who have spent years upon years in the league.

And I'm not sure if the Suns can extend Alan Williams or not but they should immediately offer him like a 5 year 50 million this off season if they can. Get him locked up long term.

Only thing I wish is that we had Dragan Bender. He would be getting a lot of minutes if he wasn't hurt right now and would've been to see him rolling with that 2nd unit.

I was also really impressed with Derrick Jones Jr. in this game. He has a very long way to go, but the tools to get there. He only turned 20 last month. Think of what he can be on defense if he develops the right way!

If we could only put Williams brain in Lens body...If only.
