Spurs reportedly have stated that Robert Horry will not be back with the team.

Any interest by the Suns of Suns fans in obtaining his services?

You have got to be kidding me.

Why?

If the guy hit three point shots for the Suns, you don't think that Suns fans would accept him?

Just a thought...

Why? Let's see, other than the fact that the guy is done as a useful player (signified by the fact that the Spurs don't want him back), his exit from Phoenix back in the day was less than pleasant.

I'd sign him just so he can't pop up in the playoffs next year after playing 10 games and 40 total minutes in the regular season and crush us.

Maybe not, as that's stupid, but you learn to be a bit cautious when it's Robert fricking Horry. The man has killed the suns many of years, with multiple teams. Like a bad case of foot fungus, he just won't go away. Stash him on the bench.

When Boston comes to town I would even have a Suns towel giveaway and before the game I'd have the speakers pumping, 'oh danny boy'.

Even if the guy can still hit a big shot in the playoffs?

Just curious--he wants to stay in Texas. Still--just wondering...

The guy that hipchecked Nash? Nope. And I doubt he can still hit it. He didn't do much vs. the Lakers

You are an idiot. Really, this is not even funny. I mean, all I can really say is your an idiot.

Watch yourself. You're new here, but these types of attacks aren't welcome. Even if the idea isn't a good one. Name calling doesn't fly.

Consider this a warning.

You can however call Whorey names. Without the bounds of good taste of course.

I guess that I was curious how fans would react to a hated player--with the assumption that he still had the skills to make good clutch shots.

I know that is a huge assumption--he did well against the Hornets and did not look good against LA.

I understand everyone's hatred, though. I guess that I probably feel the same way if the roles were reversed.

Still--he may have an incentive to show SA that he still has his shot and may savor a chance to beat us in the playoffs.

After the towel and the hip check, you can keep washed-up Horry and his last season's playoffs .194 FG%

i'd take him, but only if he agreed to concoct some underhanded play against the spurs every chance he got.
