And now the Rockets are leap-frogging the Suns, moving up from #14 to #12. If the Suns want a SG, that probably means they get whichever one falls, rather than having a choice. The Rockets might just want a higher pick with which to entice the Magic, but might be screwing the Suns here.

Kobe wasn't drafted by the Lakers? Charlotte picked him but with Glenn Rice and Curry he was not expect to stick around and the Suns would not have picked Nash. I think the Suns were more intrested in Stojakovic.

I am sorry, you are incorrect. The trade of Divac for Kobe was in place when Charlotte made the pick, that is how the Lakers jumped ahead of the Suns. Officially Charlotte made the pick, but they were picking for the Lakers. Colangelo was clear afterward that the Suns had been targeting Kobe.

Would love to have that kind of spunk in the Phoenix F.O... Jeremy Lamb, Royce White and Terrence Jones. Those would be great to put on the floor with our group of complimentary players. Hard to be excited about Phoenix these days, but let us hope they make some sound trades or free agent signings during the summer. Can't help hoping things will turn around even though it keeps looking bleak.
