I've lived in Arizona my whole life. We had season tickets to the Cards since I think 1990. Once I really became a sports fan in the early 90's I became a big Cards fan.

I was raised in Syracuse, NY and my Dad & I were St. Louis Cardinal baseball fans. When I started watching Pro Football in 1964, I realized that the football team from St. Louis was also nicknamed the Cardinals. How unique. Being from Syracuse, the Giants were on every Sunday, so I would be able to see the Cards twice a year. The Cardinals were very competetive through the sixties right up until '77, then had a few bad years until Lomax came on board. One of the greatest nights of my life was in 1970, when we demolished the Cowboys 38-0 on Monday Night Football in DALLAS. The fans were sick & Dandy Don Meredith was singing the blues from the announcers booth. My Dad & I are still diehards, but it's never been more painful than right now.

My family and I lived in Columbia, MO back in the late '60s...my dad was a Cards fan and went to the "Governor's Cup" pre-season game against the Chiefs in '69 - brought me back the program (still have it)...read that thing from cover-to-cover...Charley Johnson, MacArthur Lane, et al. However, my first football card ever was of Gary Cuozzo; he was the backup QB for Minnesota at the time, and since I was actually born in Minnesota, the Vikings were my favorite team along WITH the Cardinals. We moved to Indiana that year as well. In '72 the Cardinals made a really bad (!) trade with the Vikings that brought Cuozzo over - one year before he retired. That sealed the deal for me however as far as being a Cardinals fan. Even after Cuozzo became a dentist full-time.

I stopped liking the Vikings in '72...especially didn't like 'em after the '74 playoffs...I've remained a Cards fan everywhere I've lived - starting in Missouri, and continuing in Indiana, Texas, California, Illinois and now Colorado...

(of course my wife's from Minnesota, and her whole family are Vikings fans!)

I hate the Cowboys.

And found out that the Cardinals hated the Cowboys. I was jumping from team to team trying to find who I liked. Landed here and for some reason I JUST CAN'T LEAVE!

Cards baby!

Born in NC, of course back in 1980, there was no football team so everyone pulled for the Redskins.

Lived in NY (Newburgh- crack city) for a couple of years then moved to SC for a few years. Moved to AZ about 10 years ago, but I wasn't all that interested in sports.

Started going to the games Buddy's first year but I was more interested in meeting girls. :D

Became interested the Buddy's last game, the Larry Centers leap over Larry Brown. From then on out, I was hooked.

Grew up in NW Pennsylvania where everyone loved the Steelers - so I grew to like the hated Raiders & my bro the Oilers.

Family moved to AZ in '83. Still followed the Raiders.

Liked the Cards when they moved here in '88 - had liked both teams until Cards were my one & only in '90 when I got the season tickets.

Moved to Northern VA in 94 & still loved the Cards- it was great dealing with the Skins fans.

Moved back to AZ end of 97.....
