You should be able to bypass the blackout on direct tv with a proxy.

Google "proxy server" or go here.

At the bottom of that page are instructions for using a proxy. Set proxy to manual and enter the IP address of one of the proxies.
Once you get the stream going, Go back to settings and turn the proxy off or it will lag.

No more blackout.

Actually that is basically what adfreetime does but you don't even need to have directv in the first place. NFL gamepass is free in the Netherlands so if it looks like you are connecting to gamepass.nfl.com from the Netherlands you get all the games for free.

Pretty sure you can do this even without the monthly charge for adfreetime.

I'm not going to complain too much about $1.99. What makes it better than a proxy though is that only the geolocation part goes through them, the game streams directly to your connection without going through a proxy which makes the quality significantly better.
