I think the game is a toss up as many others do...and for the same reasons...we do not know which team is going to play the first half, lol.

however,..the excitement is building and milestones are being passed....for the team, us fans, and personally.... today,...my ol'lady ordered me some more Cards gear...and while she was at it she got herself a beanie and a hoodie....all on her own...I was so proud.

another Cards fan in the mix folks!!

I believe we can win...I know we can win....just hesitant to allow myself to believe we WILL win.....

We will outscore them in a shootout.

that's what I think too. I just can't see a team with 2 mediocre Ohio State WR's, Ginn and Brown, being the starters on a SB team. The Cards have a huge advantage in the secondary and I think it will be a passing game.

Newton will make some plays and get them points but the Cards are the better team. It actually wouldn't surprise me to see the Cards blow them out. Look at every decent passing team they have played this year, GB, NO, NYG, ATL and other than a great game against Atlanta the first time, all those teams put a lot of points on the board( I know ATL only score 20 in their win but Julio dominated them and Ryan threw for over 300). Even Seattle put 24 on them in a half last week when they had to throw. I want 45+ passes out of Palmer this week.

I honestly felt worse going into Seattle and before the Packers game (because the #2 seed was on the line). This game makes me nervous, but it is more because of the last two samples we've seen. If this is the new trend for this team, we don't deserve to go to the SB anyway. The 13-3 Cards (well 13-2) are worthy and need to show on Sunday. We will know which team (and which Carson) shows up in about 5 minutes.

This is how I feel. Need to get back to where we were. Anything like the efforts from the last two weeks and this could get ugly.

not scared at all. I think this is a much tougher matchup this week, but i'm more excited then anything else. Look, it's one game to go to the Super Bowl. there's no point in me thinking anything but we're going to win.

This is how I feel. Carolina is damn good, so bring it on !

I think we have an advantage our passing game vs their secondary, and our secondary vs their wrs. So spread the field 4 and 5 receivers and light up the score board.

I don't know what to think of this game. Any possibility is open. I could see us getting blown out. I could see us losing a nailbiter. I could see us blowing the Panthers out. I could see us winning a nailbiter.

My big fear is the stadium. There were so many slips in the first half of the last game there I'm hoping the grass is in good shape Sunday. We have a distinct speed advantage with our WR's on their secondary, if guys are slipping that's negated.

Their front 7 is great but remember last year this was a close game for a half with Lindley at QB. They're better than last year but we are MUCH better with Palmer.

If we turn the ball over obviously we're in trouble but if we don't we're going to be able to move the ball and score, as will they.

If we had HB I'd be saying we win for sure, I still think we'll find a way to win but it's going to be a tough game.

I have a feeling Patrick Peterson will make a play on defense to help win the game, cementing his status as the best CB in the NFL...whether it is a INT or forced fumble or something. I just think he is due a big play, especially after being denied one last week.

I truly think it is all up to Palmer. He could step up to glory and be recognized as a truly super QB if he has the game he is capable of. If not, and he plays mediocre, our D will have to make some huge plays for us to have a chance. Hopefully, Palmer will be the toast of the league come Monday morning. I am hoping it is a replay of Jan 10, 2009, and we take the over confident Panthers to school as we did that day.

Nervous. It's supposed to rain in Charlotte on Saturday and the field could be in bad shape.

It's going to be sunny and breezy all day Sunday which should dry out the field enough.

The breezy part could be bad depends on how breezy.

Check that just looked the wind will die down at nightfall.

It'll be on the colder side but perfect football weather. Let's play football!

Seriously no worries you can't win a Super Bowl without making plays the best thing everyone can do is to relax and send positive vibes into the universe, expect to win it couldn't hurt :)

ah ok. twitter note the other day I saw was wrong then.

440pm our time, insteresting time to start a game. works for me tho!

Yeah it's easy to do that given the time zone differences I had to check twice but it'll be well after dark when the game starts it's a Sunday night football game.

It'll be around 30 degrees at kickoff or so and getting colder that's cold but not really so cold if the wind dies down.

Carson playing outside all those years is helpful.

Like BA said doesn't matter if it's in a parking lot, gotta play ball.

Go into halftime ahead their behinds will tighten up like an over washed sweater.

Gotta make em sweat see what they are made of.

Good news we're 4-21 in games where the temperature is below 50!

Yeah oh boy!

Take heart though Arians is reversing the trend since he got here we're 2-1.

Seriously it's not going to be that cold, I would of worried if we had to go to Lambeau and play in say zero degrees with a wind chill to minus 25 I'd say we'd lose for sure but this is going to be just cold enough to be real football weather!

Finally our head ref for the game is Bill Vinovich and it seems that his crew is particularly fond of calling penalties on defensive back like holding and interference.

BOMBS AWAY!

Don't they break up the crews for the playoffs and have "all-star" crews or did they change that?

Our offense will have to bring its A-game for us to win. Palmer will have to play his best game of the year.

Burns and Gambo talked now about Cardinals equipment staff reaching out to Seattle equipment staff and getting tips on which cleats worked for them once they changed mid-game.

Seattle accommodated the request.

Now...do we trust it?
