How long does it take for a team "most" of the time to know if their draft pick is good?

Good info there.

I was thinking specifically Rosen here. We probably won't really know what we have for 3 years. I can say "This is likely" but likely isn't gospel obviously

QBs usually show something their rookie year, whether it's one game, two games, something.

Rosens game that he showed something was the 1st Seattle game.

It’s embarrassing that a moderator is allowed to be so condescending. And it’s shocking that you think that I of all people need to be introduced to analytics.
why is everyone allowed to be condescending pricks all the time unless they are someone that cleans out spam posts and merges threads, then they arent?

Except halfback. You know what you’ve got immediately. Let’s hope the coaching staff puts David Johnson to use this year because he is in his prime
Except we sat DJ on the bench most of his rookie year only giving him spot duty when he was obviously ready

IMO, moderators should be held to a higher standard, and mods here do an exceptional job of keeping the board civil.

I don’t think DJ was ready for pass pro responsibilities and Arians was afraid he was going to get Palmer killed.

I think volunteer moderators should have the same rights and standards as all of us, they are just volunteering to keep the board clean, doesn't mean they have to act different. Maybe if we paid them.
