Teams can tender their restricted free agents at three different levels. The top tender is $1.824 million, which would bring first- and third-round picks if a team signed that player and the offer was not matched. The next level is $1.368 million, which would bring a first-round pick if the offer were not matched, and the lowest one is $628,000, which would bring a draft pick commensurate to the round in which the player entered the league.
Then for the second part of the question would you let him go for any of those compensations we would get if another team makes an offer.
