NL: No lift

Some of the offensive linemen will lift first thing tomorrow morning as they were still having MRI's completed and could not get back in time. Adrian Jones looked very impressive, as did Stacey Andrews. On the other hand, Nat Dorsey was terrible; he has no muscle tone and is developing a major case of "man-boobs". His body fat count has to be pushing 30%.

You will notice the combine has several tackles listed as guard and at least one, (Kurt Sigler) listed as a center.

Shawn Andrews verified a story we posted last week; he was in fact over 400-pounds but has been on a crash diet, working out twice daily and lost some 35-pounds the past six weeks.

Josh Sewell has the best loft of the day; slow and smooth while the worst bench press went to Robert Gallery. Gallery did not lock his arms and bounced the bar off his chest and there was some question as to how many reps they would "officially" give him credit for doing.

The funniest line of the day came from Alex Stepanovich; when asked why he was not going to lift he said, "I sprained my ankle!"

Who is Shawn Andrews agent, who is surrounding this man, definately not friends. This guy is throwing away Millions, and that's just in signing bonus money, what a waste. If he'd have come into the combine at 350 and trim, it would've shown dedication and will. Something he lacks, and his pocketbook is going to feel it come draft day, HUGE loser of the combine, he will need a huge individual workout rebound to recover what he lost this week at the combine. Color him out of the top 15.

Regarding Alex's funny line, depending on how hard he sprained it, it could have a significant impact on his form in the bench, not as much as an upper body injury, but they aren't doing bench with their feet crossed and off the ground are they?

Thanks for the info btw AZCB.

I see that my darkhorse choice at OG, Sean Locklear, pushed 225 a respectable 27 reps.... I bet his stock rises when he runs a 4.8 - 4.9 in the "dash".
