Due to Rogers mishap if it comes to the #6 pick and he is there along with Byron and Suggs who do you take?

For this poll I voted for Leftwich but I would be equally happy with Suggs. Rogers just cost himself millions of $$$ and he will fall like a stone.

Suggs----I can't understand anyone wanting to draft offense when the Cards one glaring need is defensive line. If Suggs isn't there, trade down a few spaces (hope to get 2 - first rounds) and take defensive players at both spots.

Tough call. If there's legit reason to believe Rogers is using drugs, he'll fall like a stone as Stronso said. If not, a team that lost Boston has to think long and hard about what they could gain from a deep threat like Rogers with a QB like Blake throwing the long balls.

I still think it's going to be Suggs or Robertson.

The article isn't clear to me maybe someone else knows, are there specific masking agents for specific drugs? I know with steroids what they look for are testosteron levels and certain agents they know are used to mask steroids. Is it possible that Rogers was masking something like a steroid and not pot or coke?

The reason is of course most NFL teams would be far less concerned about a guy trying to mask steroid use.

The timing is ridiculous and makes you wonder, Rogers is so good he certainly didn't need steroids to improve his draft status so you have to suspect it was a recreational drug.

If this scenario occurs someone really f-ed up their top 5 pick. I would go with either Leftwich or Suggs. You never know when a franchise QB with skills like this is going to come along again. There will be 2 Moss/Rogers clones int he next draft so why take him now. I am not counting on us making the playoffs but take the QB while you can get him.

One is Roy Williams who is the other, Reggie Williams at UW, Mike Williams at USC(true freshman he won't be draft eligible), the kid at Pitt(Larry Fitzgerald 6'3" 190 69 catches 1005 yards 12 TD's as a 19 year old freshman)? My understanding is of the 3 only Reggie Williams would be draft eligible(he'll be a junior) and he fits the scenario 6'4" and fast although not Moss/Rogers fast.

Am I missing anybody, the kid at Oklahoma State I guess Rashaun Woods?

The more I think about it the more your point makes sense why gamble on Rogers (if the drug thing is legit) with so many kids on the way big and fast?
