Before Thomas Jones there was Garrison Hearst. What hurt most about that is he left (wasn't re-signed) and became a pretty good RB for a division rival.

He was looking pretty good blocking to. This would be his final year for me. If he can't play most of this season then it's time for him to go.

if you have a better TE, sure. If its a bunch of nobody still, you keep him for his rookie deal.

Who am I going to gripe about now that he and MASSIE will both be gone? Well, Floyd and Minter are still here.

PS: I've got my eye on you, DJ Humphries. :D

I remember everyone including myself gripping about taking a blocking TE in Round 2. When Keim hits on picks he hits big but he misses a lot. Maybe he's the originator of "No risk it...no biscuit".

In light of this utter failure's stint, a very sad reminder off all the players selected directly after him in the second round:

Packers Davante Adams WR Fresno State
54. Titans* Bishop Sankey RB Washington
55. Bengals Jeremy Hill RB LSU
56. Broncos* (from SF) Cody Latimer WR Indiana
57. 49ers* Carlos Hyde RB Ohio State
58. Saints Stanley Jean-Baptiste CB Nebraska
59. Colts Jack Mewhort OT Ohio State
60. Panthers Kony Ealy DE Missouri
61. Jaguars* Allen Robinson WR Penn State
62. Patriots Jimmy Garoppolo QB Eastern Illinois
63. Dolphins* Jarvis Landry WR LSU
64. Seahawks Justin Britt

Still some misses on that list...no guarantees on any player.

...and a few of them will be available this off-season.
