I Have Finally Decided My Favorite Gatorade Flavor

Mountain Blast powerade is awesome - but I have no idea what it is supposed to taste like.

I actually have that in my home. I have a water service now (I have no issue w/tap, but I would like to have company over & I always feel like a shmuck when I say that I only have tap water). Anyway, I'm getting O Premium water & it has all the electrolytes & stuff of Gatorade but w/o the color or flavor. Tastes just like water

I thought there had been a thread about O Premium water somewhere, but I could be mistaken.

While I agree about air, yes, water has a taste. It's not like it's just a "sensation" being swallowed. I can taste it.

You can "taste" air. Sometimes an odor is so poignant that you can taste it. I believe I did that when we were in Flagstaff, but I don't remember where.

I only drink Gatorade when I really need it. It is designed to rehydrate and replenish important carbohydrates and electrolytes that are depleted during strenuous exercise. If drank as a snack beverage then it is just as bad as soda. It will spike your blood sugar and cause you to store fat. I only drink it when I am working hard outside or when I a really exerting myself physically playing sports.

There is nothing better than an ice cold lemon-lime Gatorade when you are spent though.

Maybe I'll give it another try. I had it after moving equipment for for several hours in the heat and it was stored in a cool room but was not ice cold.

I cant drink anything grape flavored.. It all happened after a fateful nite of drinking Night Train.. Or was it Thunderbird? I dunno, wont touch either one of those on fear I'll get the grape..
