I just now realized tonight I have become a Suns fanatic. When I watch the games, like tonight, I get pissed and throw pillows. When they play good, I sing, dance, pound my chest, and scream (silently screamed tonight because my mother is sleeping)…

I just can’t explain it. I came with Shaq, but I am totally engulfed in this team.

The Suns are a fun team to watch if your a basketball fan. They play hard, they play exciting and they look like they have fun (most of the time). Its hard not to be engulfed.

I've known a number of people who've come to the Suns via "in-laws," but have become hardcore Suns fans.

All in all, the Suns have been a great organization for a long time. And though Phoenix gets accused of being fair-weather, the longtime Suns fans really love this team.

Me and my bro use to be Laker fans back then. And now we're Suns-addicts. Is there a Suns Anonymous somewhere bedore this thing gets worst? :)

Can't get any worse than your grammar, SON!

I have been a suns fan since we drafted amare, but no season even compares to the excitement i had during the 04-05 season. I would make sure that i would not miss a second of every game. This season is still exciting, but doesn't even compare to that season for me. =[

you guys are short timers. i can actually remember going to the madhouse on mcdowell and having to tell bill walton to get outta my seat. i think i was 7 years old.

my fav years were the first year the kj/majerle/chambers team finally knocked out the lakers. and barkley's first year. we really thought we were winning the championship that year. it was seemingly just us or the bulls. and though the steve nash years have been great, other than the first year surprise, i just haven't had the thought that we were the favorite, which sucks. but that don't mean i ain't been yelling at the television again!

How can you forget to mention Mark "Big Daddy" West? That series was his career crown achievement with playoff averages of 11 pts, 10 rbs, 2.5 blks that year.
I went to my first game at the Mad House on McDowell in '81 against the Seattle Supersonics. I remember Jack Sikma being booed alot.:)

Mark West is the reason I had heartburn in elementary school.

That guy would get a foul called before the game started.

Has to be my favorite year as well. What a great squad to cheer for. I remember one of the Phoenix radio guys betting a Los Angeles DJ that he would lick the whole Forum court of the Suns lost.

I'm a longtimer as well, but I just missed out on Van Arsedale and the Hawk. Would love to have seen them play.
