When Arizona won, I wrote something about a torch having been passed from the Cowboys to the Cardinals.

I vaguely remember an article like that coming out of that newspaper. More specifically, Aikman passing the torch to Plummer.

It's hard for me to see how the Cards making the Super Bowl is not the BEST possible thing for the NFL. That is now the final proof that the NFL has the most parity, and therefore most excitement of all pro sports. Hell, even Lions and Rams fans are going to think playoffs and a Super Bowl run are not too far off in their future this offseasonl.
