Am I the only one who thinks we robbed the Knicks in this deal? We are finally out of the abyss of Hardaways contract! Yes, we lose probably the best PG in the league, but we get so much back in terms of cap space and picks. This trade will take a little time to show the "right now" fans its value for sure, but NY gave up it's future for the right now and when we did that with Penny and Googs it failed...it just failed. Most you guys wanted Lampe and not happy to get Zarko, well...you got him. Starbury is great, but I don't think he has what it takes to be a true leader. This trade works for me just fine. Anyone else?

Well I dont think we raped the Knicks. This trade may work well for both teams.

But I do like the trade.

Losing Marbury hurts, but with the potential of Barbosa & the new PG we recieved. were ok there in the future.

Add Lampe's potential, two first round draft picks, cash, and alot of cap flexability, and even a hope to sign Kobe!

This trade looks damn good.

Wow... finally done reading everything...

I am definately one of the ones that loves this trade

Even without amare/zarko, this team should have been better then they are now, much better. I thought Amare and steph would be awesome together, but i just didn't see great chemistry together.

Getting rid of penny's contract is awesome... even if we do take on eisley's

I will be cheering for the suns to lose every game this year now :p

BC is the man!

and I don't care how bad this team is.. i will always love the suns.

GO Suns

Suns #1

Losing Marbury does hurt. But PG is not that big of impact position.

Kidd
Payton
Stockton
Marbury

None of them can win without a good bigs to help them.

If Barbosa or Nujaric can become just a very solid PG well be just as good a team if not better.

The Suns would never improve without cap flexability, now we have that pluss two draft picks, and a small hope of adding Kobe.

All at the expence of losing a very good PG.

Agreed, I love the trade as well. This team was going nowhere fast. The avenues this trade opens up will be huge down the road.
The only thing I disliked about the trade was that I didn't get to see Zarko/Amare and the rest of the team play together for very long.
