What options do I have for watching Cardinals' games live (as an out of state fan)?

Are there any new options? Please advise!

None that are legal. Unfortunately, DirecTV monopolized the NFL ticket package.

What are your DirecTV issues? I was a customer for 11 years before I cut the cord, but their customer service was always good to me.

Dump it and go to the local sports bar and watch the games. The $2000-$3000 a year you'll be saving will buy a lot of beers.

Okay, Pay attention. If you have AT&T phone and internet, here is the deal I got.

First I called At&t to get my internet and home phone lowered. They asked me to bundle my phone and DirecTV bill together for a great savings.I got a higher speed internet , they dropped the price from $59 to $30. They dropped the home line from $30 to $25 saving me $30 a month.
Then they connected me with direct TV. They informed me that I was a longtime loyal customer and that I qualified for a $50 per month discount for the next 13 months. Free HBO and local Sports for the next 6 months and free showtime for the next 4 months.
The woman asked if there was anything else she could do so naturally I brought up the NFL Ticket. She gave me the NFL ticket for $17 per month for 8 months and the last two months would be $29 for a total of cost of $185.
Now I pay my At&t bill and DirectV as one bill. What happens next year? We'll see.

Slim to none.

One thing I haven't checked out is Internet streaming. Anyone - Does the NFL have an app like MLB that streams all games?

I'm right there with Beerz. We cut the cable a few years ago and haven't looked back. 99% of all the content I want is either on a disc or the internet, with the 1% being live Cards games I use a $10 antenna and a $20 DVR box to receive.

There is an unintended upside to this too. Nearly everything I watch is commercial free. Nearly everything my kids consume is without commercials trying to get them to buy toys or eat sugar cereals. My family is so used to not seeing commercials, it's actually a little jarring to see them when we watch football games.

As a Cardinals fan living out of state that probably wouldn't be your brightest move… Unless you want to watch the Cardinals occasionally online with a poopy streaming signal and sitting at your computer…

I was curious so just spent some time in google land. There are plenty of streaming options and more coming. But live broadcasts are limited to regional games. C Band is still extant, but diminished. http://cband.fta.channels.drsat.ca/channels.cfm?page=1&langid=&countryid=&satid=&HD=&formatid=&sourceid=1

NFL Game Pass will allow to you replay every game. That seems to be the only option for out of market games, but it isn't live. http://cband.fta.channels.drsat.ca/...id=&countryid=&satid=&HD=&formatid=&sourceid=

Mitch, you can get Sunday Ticket streaming now. So just get a dongle for whatever smartphone or tablet you have to hook up to your TV. I live in the sticks so I have to use Direct TV but I stream everything like Netflix, WWE, Amazon through my iPhone cellular and watch it on the Telly.

My only DirecTV gripe is that I have heavily-treed property and can't get enough signal strength to get their Hi Def service and the bells & whistles that come with it.

I also didn't appreciate the way a sudden thunder storm made the signal lock up just as Mark McG was in the midst of hitting #72.

Other than that, no prob.

I dumped cable and satellite tv altogether. I stream everything via computer. I pay for high speed internet, which I would have anyway, for $60 per month. I then pay $40 per month for Sony Vue which has every conceivable channel I would want to watch, plus unique ways to tell it which are "Your Shows" which it will then keep available to you for whenever you want to watch them, including all past episodes. On top of the $40 for that, I have Amazon Prime for $99 per year, and lots of free movies via free sites like Popcorn, Pluto, etc. I love old 30, 40, 50s movies which there are tons of free sites with access to hundreds of them.

Moral of the story, I have cut my cable/satellite service out and feel I have access to much more stuff, available whenever I want to watch it, and save $100 per month. As far as football is concerned, Sony Vue, gets me all regular channels for football, NFL channel, the ESPN channels, plus ABC, NBC, etc., and the Red Zone, which is what I prefer now as far as Sunday football viewing is concerned. I can always go back and watch a replay of Cards game through various sources.

I love my new arrangement regarding TV and sports. Will never go back to cable or satellite for TV reception. I will add that I have 2 Amazon Fire boxes, 1 in each bedroom, and use Sony Playstation as my main receiver in living room. I use my Playstation more for wathcing TV than playing games, although I am addicted to PBA Bowling every day. Have bowled 7 perfect games so far, but it isn't easy to do.

Yesterday as an example: I bowled several games, watched both some of Padres game, Dodgers game, and Clippers game last night. Followed that with a replay of new season of Dr Who. And then late night watched old silent movie: The Cabinet of Dr Caligari, followed by old Bogart/Davis gangster movie set in Arizona's painted desert, and then the '56 version of Invaders of the Body Snatchers.

Not bad entertainment for a little over one dollar per day.

PS. Nearly forgot, watched the mock draft put on by NFL channel last night too. I believe they had us grabbing a QB, Mahomes.

I've told you guys before. Just get the firestick already. I watch every game from the Arizona feed. It's not streaming. It's great. I paid $40 to buy it and other than that, I pay for my wifi. The end.

I have the Fire Box and they have the NFL Sunday Ticket app. I'm thinking of getting a sub. Playstation has the app as well. Vue has NFL Network.

Doesn't the firestick just stream the shows from various internet feeds?

This +1. Fire stick is awesome. If you can't add Kodi or don't want to waste the time researching (Takes about 30 minutes) then you can buy one directly from ebay already loaded. Another great streaming site is https://streamwoop.tv/ . The adds are a lot less Cric or firstsports and they allow you to keep your add blocker on.

Mitch, all you have to do is call them up, say you are wanting to leave, and they will give you a smoking deal. My friend has done it 3 years in a row and he has got his monthly bill down really low and got the Sunday Ticket for free. He does this each year and each year, he gets Sunday Ticket for free.

Mitch check this out...

I was a longtime direct tv customer. I got shafted a number of times and would get credited their mistakes. But I have my bills directly out of my bank. It took a while for me to catch some of the overbilling and I threatened to leave direct tv. It happened one too many times I finally gave them the epic phone call. You see Mitch I'm really a nice guy that doesn't look like one but I was forced to be a dick.

I have dish network now and watch the redzone while listening to satellite radio. Hey it's my money so I won't be forced to conform to what AT&T says I have to do with it.

I'm happier and I know my wife is too. She hates sports and I get every channel available except for the dirty channels which I don't care about...anymore.

Directv keeps upping and upping my monthly bill. It was 80, then it was 100, now it's 120. On top of that, my box is so damn laggy now it drives me crazy. I called them about it and they sent me a new remote control which was not the problem. Really considering cancelling them. End rant......

Eventually they're going to get hip to this and Amazon is going to start blocking apps like Kodi because, let's face it, no way they're going to let customers use them to get free content that's borderline illegal. I say borderline because if I read things correctly while there are laws against rebroadcasting games or torrent sites for movies, the laws haven't caught up with streaming...yet.
