Gaddabout: John Locke - A Man of Faith. Likes to look below the surface and see the things others miss (but hey! sometimes a cigar is just a cigar).
Jack: Mitch - Scientific rationalist, who thinks (for some unknown reason) that life should be fair. Makes lots of plans & thinks he is always right.
BIM: Hurley - Jovial and quick to laugh, but with a highly develloped sence of right and wrong.
Kate: Thirty-two: Kate? Of course she's Kate!
Sawyer: AZFinest - Funny, rude, smart; Shady background (UofA).
Sayid: Gee!: Conflicted warrior/poet. You probably couldn't have a better friend, or worse enemy.

The Smoke Monster: Chris Sanders/Chandler Mike/Nidan: Fierce protectors of the Temple (especially if Rod Graves is in the Temple (in Nidan's case)).
Arzt: cardsfanmd: Continually blows himself up.
Richard: Jeff Golin: Ageless wonder who has seen it all before.
Keamy: Shane H: No-nonsense, take charge guy. Tell him that Q needs to be defended and no stinkin' smoke monster will stop him.
Eloise: AZZenny: Happy to dispense bon mots of wisdom.
Mr. Friendly: Dback Jon: Kinda funny, kinda scary (at least in the P&R world). Might be gay. (nttawwt)
Desmond: ajcardfan/Russ Smith: The ASFN Constants. Always there, and been there from the beginning too; solid performers. Disappear for long periods of time, but you always look forward to their return.
Jacob: Conrad Dobbler: Terrifying predictor of the future, or so caught up in his own world that he misses the guy with the knife?
Miles: Bankybruce: Lots of laughs & always looking for a spare $3.6 Million A$FN.
Eko: Assface/Cardinal.Ken: Basically good guys, but they carry a big stick if crossed.
Nikki & Paulo: Cheesebeef & Ouchie: Always there in the background, but working their Darksider ways counter to the more visible Kool-Aid crowd.
Vincent: jefftheshark: Wags his tail, craps on a thread, and expects to be patted on the head for his efforts. Needs a muzzle.

jts, I've never seen the show, so I don't know if I should be offended or not, but you can't go changing the order of the list halfway through. You start out with ASFN name = Character name, and then change to Character name = ASFN name.
