how about Tyrell Williams? He's big, fast and plays on the outside. He's only 27 years. He is 6'4" 205 lbs. He has been under used. He has average over 16 yards a catch and has 16 td's in the last two years in a LIMITED role and no history of griping or problems off the field. In addition to all that he has been healthy.

Sign him and he becomes our #1 outside receiver for the next 5 years. He will not come cheap but we cannot go into the next season hoping we hit on two gems in the draft. A lot of the other guys out there fit the slot role. Beasley, Humphries and to a lesser degree Tate and he is 30 years old.

There is no doubt Antonio Brown would be a huge acquisition , however, he comes with baggage and would cost us a draft pick.

Does anybody think he will be looking for more money than Brown. I don't thinks so.

I like the player and the fit. Unfortunately, since this free agent WR class is so weak, I've seen projections of him getting >$10 per year as the top guy. If they are way off and he can be had for 6 or 7 I would consider.

What happens when he finishes the year with 49 catches, 720 yards and six TDs? Is that worth $14 million dollars? That's really the most likely scenario.

If the Cardinals sign him, I'll be guardedly excited. Maybe he breaks out big time, but based on historical odds, he's mostly like to be a cut candidate 2-3 years down the road with a nasty cap hit.

While I like him, I don't think he's true #1 material. Look at it this way - the Chargers drafted someone in the first round to replace this guy who was already on the roster. He's barely eclipsed 1,000 yards before, with a hall of famer throwing to him.

He is what he is. If he was a star he’d be one. Anyone paying him 10+/mill a year is crazy. That system isn’t holding him back.

He may be big and fast but that doesn’t make him a top WR.

He’s never been a#1 and that’s even when Keenan Allen has been injured.

I think he’s 3 or 4 on the chargers. He may be a good complimentary piece but that’s it.
