If the Dolphins release him, bring in Richie Incognito

His own locker room does not like him. I do not think we need this distraction.

You haven't been paying attention. Tannenhill and Hartline both came to his defense on Total Access last night. Incognito is the kind of guy you love as a teammate and hate as an opponent.

Even though he was a Cardinal, I never cared for Conrad Dobbler. In a different era, I'd like Incognito even less.

I can speak from personal experience here. I played with Richie at Mountain Ridge and I can tell you not only is he not a good guy he has some very serious mental issues. This is not a guy who is just intense or "tough" he is crazy. If you ever want to see first hand what I mean by this to hang out at the Moon Saloon in Peoria on 83ave and Bell rd that's where he hangs out when he comes home to visit. You'll see him screaming, picking fights with every sub 180lb guy in the bar and once grabbed a girl by the back of her hair and three her to the ground.

Ask anyone that new him in high school especially those of us that played ball with him and they will tell you he in not mentally healthy.
