9-7, 10-6, 11-5 -- all of those CAN be reality this year. Our schedule's not too tough, and our team is very improved.
We've had talented teams in the past too, Tobin's Cardinals went 6-6 after 12 games in 3 straight years if I remember right, and that was with Jake the "__ake" at the helm. This is the most talented and intelligent Cards team we've seen in some time, and every NFL team has holes.

I think with the new pick-ups and the easy schedule that the Cards could go 10-6 and then into the playoffs. Remember the Rams did it w/unknown qb and leagues easiest schedule so we can strike gold to. Defense will have to play every week and not give in to injuries. Every team has them but that can't be an excuse. Go Big Red in 2003.
On another note, I am trying to get up to the Chicago game in November. Went 2 years ago when Pittman fumbled and McQuarters ran it back for a touchdown and the Cards were beat by 7, I think.

That's their job. If they're not on the field to compete, why even show up? They oughta find a new line of work.
I'm not predicting they'll win the division (predictions are a waste of time). It's just inconceivable to me that any NFL team wouldn't show up every week to "compete."

Hey, it's May. When's the last time someone accurately predicted the top dogs this early? Convention wisdom is useless in today's NFL. I don't care what we think about the draft picks, weaknesses on paper, etc...until they prove otherwise I say the Cards are going to win the Super Bowl!
