IHSAA boys basketball semi-state pairings for Monroe Central, Wapahani and Delta

The IHSAA revealed the semi-state pairings for all four boys basketball state tournaments on Sunday.

Three teams from East Central Indiana won regional titles to advance to next weeks' semi-states — Monroe Central in Class 1A, Wapahani in 2A and Delta in 3A. Wapahani and Delta are both in semi-states for the third year in a row, while Monroe Central won its first regional since 2010.

Here's where all three East Central Indiana teams are headed for semi-states and their first-round opponents:

Monroe Central​

• When: Saturday, March 22, at 10 a.m.
• Where: Lafayette Jefferson High School

Monroe Central (19-6) will head to Lafayette Jefferson High School for the Class 1A North semi-state. The Golden Bears will be the home team in a matchup with Kouts (23-4).

Wapahani​

• When: Saturday, March 22, 10 a.m.
• Where: Michigan City High School

Wapahani (26-1) will travel north to Michigan City to take on Gary 21st Century Charter (20-6) in the Class 2A North semi-state. The Raiders will be designated as the home team.

Delta​

• When: Saturday, March 22, 10 a.m.
• Where: Logansport High School

Delta (17-7) will play as the home team in the Logansport Berry Bowl against East Chicago Central (20-8).
