LOL. The real version with exclusive content and stellar graphics of GTA comes out on Xbox 360 on 3/3/08. The stripped down POS3 version comes out the same day You'll be able to play online with Nasser if he was actually ever able to get that to work.

I've been thinking about getting one too. I have more confidence in Sony's ability to release good games than Microsoft's. XBOX 360 has a lot of good games, but they aren't my style games.

LOL. The real version with exclusive content and stellar graphics of GTA comes out on Xbox 360 on 3/3/08. The stripped down POS3 version comes out the same day You'll be able to play online with Nasser if he was actually ever able to get that to work.

You still have a 360 right? If I were you, I'd get GTA on the 360 that has the extra content.

Sony consoles (PS1 and PS2) were the first to have widespread problems. Disc read errors were rampant among both consoles. Hopefully the Blu laser lasts a lot longer than the other ones. I'd hate to have to return my PS3. But you are right, so far, so good.

Oh...I didn't remember that. Last I had talked to him he just had a ps2, and I checked & he voted no in the "do you own" thread, but I guess he coulda picked one up since then.

My first PS2 crapped out and I got angry and broke it, so I couldn't get the warrantee. Then my second was a refurbished, it crapped out so I returned it and got an XBOX. Hey Bro, you should get a 360 and play gears of war online. Best online game I have ever played. That is why you don't see me on the message boards much anymore.

transfer music and videos from your pc to ps3 over your home network easily. its great being able to play every song on your computer over your receiver and speakers. DivX was just recently announced as a supported format for videos.
wireless network built in (most models)
games of course (great exclusives if you like rpg's, heavenly sword, warhark (great online game, plus all the dual format games like cod4 and madden)
free online gaming
very low defective rates. i think maybe 1-2%? compared to 30% or so for the 360
