its going to be fun to watch these guys!

i mean, 5 years ago we were sitting here watching stephon marbury and googs run around. championship or not, these suns are still really fun to watch.

expectations suck, i'm looking forward to watching guys play fairly loose, hope they can stay relatively injury free, and play multiple styles.

i'm looking forward to seeing more structure in the offense, not seeing grant hill or marion jack up 3's for no reason, long runs happening on us without timeouts, etc.

this team was pretty darn good to end last year, and i think they're getting better from that space.

basically i'm looking forward to having a 'championship' season that will prepare the suns for the rigors of postseason instead of playing fun ball knowing doesn't work against the best.

I'm cautiously optimistic, like most Suns fans probably are. Coaching changes can have a significantly profound effect on a team's wins and losses, for better or worse. Preseason can't come soon enough!

They still have Nash so I would go out on a limb and say will still be one of the best products in the NBA to watch on a nightly basis! Are all the games in HD this season that was awesome? My favorite time of the year anytime I can watch the Suns!

D'antoni left the Suns not Nash, so we will still be good. Knicks will not be. Anyone want to bet?

Only on a "percentage" basis... IMHO the Knicks will have a major improvement on their record and have a shot at making the playoffs. It is hard to imagine them getting out of the first round, but Knicks fans haven't had much to watch and the Kinicks will win more.

I wouldn't begin to stitch any banners to hang from the hallowed halls yet though.

This season and next are going to be painful. I'm not going to let myself get talked into chugging the kool-aid of hope this season. We're old, we're tired and unless Terry Porter is actually the real Black Jesus we're a 7 or 8 seed first round exit waiting to happen.

Sorry for the realism but life isn't all flowers and sausages
