Im still with the same ownership/restaurant group that I was with with Cabrito. IM cooking Malaysian inspired cuisine (like I did oh about 4 years ago) running the kitchen at the upper west side branch of
http://www.fattycrab.com. I actually moved up there last July, and had held my executive chef title at the goat since then as well as chef de cuisine at Fatty. I saw the writing on the wall for this months ago, so it was kind of a relief when it went down. Im going to settle back in with my group, have less worry about "my own place" and keep looking toward the future. Thanks for all the well wishes, guys. Twas an amazing couple of years.
