The new Weezer is FANTASTIC! As good as album from them as I've heard in years. Also still running The Strokes into the ground. Both of these albums are my favorite rock albums for this year. (thus far)

While I've never been a country music fan per se I've always enjoyed some singers put in this category such as Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash and Waylon Jennings.

I must say, I never fully appreciated how good Waylon Jennings was until after he passed on.

My guitar instructor wanted me to learn this and now the melody is stuck in my head good!

I haven't heard this song for a long time. It was nice to hear it again.

Is everything
The new Liz Phair album "Soberish" is out. Really good. Probably her best since Guyville.

This song was rumbling around in my head this morning after staying up late celebrating a Suns win.

I hadn't heard it in forever.

Nothing dates a song like a sax solo! Still a catchy tune after all these years. I'm glad they stuck with the partially transparent disco ball reflection footage through the entirety of the video.

Initially I couldn't figure out which song I was hearing in my head.

It was something about the nightlife and then I stuck the words in YouTube and there it is!

Billie Jean - Michael Jackson

I remember every kid in school trying to moonwalk after this performance.

It's amazing to think how many people used to watch things like this live. No Internet, no DVRs, nothing like that. Even VCR's were still a couple of hundred bucks which was pretty steep then. And yet, everyone watched and was talking about it non-stop for weeks.

Michael Jackson was just an awesome talent but we don't hear much of his music anymore. The moonwalk was a thing of perfection.

Not a fan of that song at all, but I agree the guitar tone is really cool.

How about this cheesy song with some nice 70's tones. Nice......

xc_hide_links_from_guests_guests_error_hide_media

Needs more cowbell reverb on that slide guitar.

I remember that one fondly, but I couldn't have named that band in a million years. Did they ever have another hit?
