I changed my avator from Q to warner because my wife bought me a Warner jersey for our anniversary so I was feeling very "Warner- ish"

A mistake, to say the least. Even as I did it I had misgivings. Never again.

I will stick to Boldin from now on. That should correct our ju ju for Thursday. Cards will win a close one.

I'm sorry for my lapse in judgment this past weekend. :mulli:

I thought it was me. I always wear a Cardinal shirt of some type, but yesterday I opted for a red long sleeve T. I convinced myself it was OK because it was Cardinal red. But, it did not have any Cardinal logo on it. It was a rookie mistake and I apologize.

If only superstition had something to do with it. I'm just as guilty about thinking these things but it's hard to have too much faith in superstitions when I've done everything right and the player/team still loses.

To that end, I have quit wearing the hat/jersey/undershirt or displaying the correct totem/keepsake a long time ago.

Therefore, I don't accept your apology. Superstitions are for weak teams that need luck to win. The Cardinals aren't in that category and thinking otherwise is an insult to the quality of the team. :)

I had to leave for work at the half. By the time I got in and all set up with Gamecast, I'd missed Warner's fumble.

Later I had to leave my station for awhile to go help somebody... and I missed the interception. I was watching, listening, or had the Gamecast up for every Cardinals score.

So I'm sorry... obviously it was my fault. When I'm not watching, there are turnovers. Warner's improved play is obviously due to my seeing more Cardinal games this year. I missed the first half of the Jets game, and we know how that went.

I put the Cardinal flag out front, wore my #13 T-shirt, we ate our ice cream sandwhiches at 3:00pm (MST), put out a ton of sunflower seeds and popcorn at 10am (MST) to attract the cardinals (small "c"), and I wore my lucky underware.

Thinking of getting new lucky underware.

Probably not a bad idea. :D

It's bad luck to be superstitious.

Sunday, I wore my #37 Larry Centers jersey. It was the same jersey I wore at the game where we clinched the playoffs in '98. I was feeling very superstitious on Sunday. Pissed that it didnt work.

Although some kid came up to me after the game claiming he was Larry's son. Said his name was Devon and his dad lives in Texas now.
