whoa! he got banned because his style was different than most people here and he spent an afternoon protesting his style wasn't that different? that's too bad. sure it was a little annoying, but it wasn't like multiple posters weren't egging him on at the same time.

edit: eh, he was being pretty excessive. hopefully he just chills out a little bit and everyone just drops this stuff when he comes back.

Who would have thought Ime Udoka would have his own 26 post thread, let alone such a controversial one?

I didn't see it coming.

Rumor on a Portland blog stated that Ime was pretty much going to go to the Spurs.

But it has been strangely silent since that prediction.

Some state that SA is probably trying to get more cap room before they pull the trigger. I guess each side is comfortable where they are--assuming that SA has told Ime that if he can cool his jets for a while, they will find a way to bring him over.

BTW--for whats its worth--I think this guy would be awesome for the Suns and would give Tim fits.

I hope to God Kerr doesn't find a way to bring him over to the Suns.

He'd make a good swing man for the Suns but at 6'6 225 how would he give Tim fits? You are talking about Tim Duncan, aren't you? Maybe you meant Manu and just typed the wrong name.

The Blazers did not give Duncan much trouble last season. His 4 game total was 30 of 51.

About a month ago I did search to find which team gave Duncan the most trouble. I didn't really find anybody that did a consistently good job. Statistically, the Celtics were the most successful, but that was in just two games and probably a fluke.

In most cases, teams might do well in dealing with him for one game, but not consistently. Oddly enough, the Suns were one of the few teams to hold him below 50% shooting during the regular season. But 26 of 56 in three games is a lot of points.

in an indirect way he may give tim fits. if ti mwas doubled, ime would be able to cause fits with an outlet pass which tim is known for doing very quickly.

okay, i'm certainly not enamored with the dude's posting style (in fact, i think i might have gotten into with him on this board once), but those examples are, imo, lame. they don't detract from anything he's saying. he used bold to draw attention to a point he was trying to make (proper usage of the bold - why else have it?). and he's not using the capitalization/color/bold to encite anyone. joe i have yet to see you really get into it with anyone so you've got my benefit of the doubt, but this seems pretty petty.

Hmm. That's what I thought too, Ouchie-Z-Clown. Clearly the majority doesn't think this way.

Anyhow, I apologize to Sunsman44. My intention was not to get you banned.

No problem at all. You don't need to apologize.

Let's just proceed to Suns basketball, please. Thanks.
