With 2 extra picks and maybe a third for Dansby we're talkin bigtime importance in pickin guys who can contribute.

All this doom and gloom makes me hopin for something positive.

I've listed about 5 that are on lots of radars....some guys (like Suh) I didn't mention since chances of getting him are slim....albeit extra draft choices sometimes equates to movin up in the draft.

Some positions like QB and RB and OL and Safety I skipped since I'm not sure how many of these we'll add.

This is a DEEP class and here are some players I've been lookin at:

TE

1. Dennis Pitta-6'5"-245-BYU-he was great on my fantasy team.

2. Rob Gronkowski-6'6"-260-Arizona-you guys may know more about him.

3. Ed Dickson-6'4"-245-Oregon-good combine 40 numbers.

4. Aaron Hernandez-6'3"-250-Florida-has great hands but can he block?

5. Andrew Quarles-6'5"-255-Penn St.-great size and decent combine #'s.

WR

1. Jeremy Williams-6'1"-205-Tulane-great Senior Bowl.

2. Taylor Price-6'0"-200-Ohio-4.4 combine speed and a great kid.

3. Emmanuel Sanders-5'11"-180-SMU-also 4.4 combine speed.

4. Andre Roberts-5'11"-180-Citadel-crisp route runner with good hands.

5. David Gettis-6'5"-215-Baylor-great size and decent speed.

DE's

1. Carlos Dunlap-6'6"-290-Florida-some off the field problems.

2. Rickey Sapp-6'5"-240-Clemson-may be OLB.

3. Brandon Graham-6'2"-265-Michigan-also may move to OLB.

4. Jermaine Cunningham-6'3"-255-Florida-undersized but motor never quits.

5. CJ Wilson-6'4"-285-East Carolina-decent size.

DT's

1. Dan Williams-6'3"-325-Tenn.-nasty dude.

2. Brian Price-6'2"-300-UCLA-quick off the ball.

3. Terrance Cody-6'5"-365-Ala.-may eat his way out of NFL.

4. D'Anthony Smith-6'2"-300-La. Tech-another quick off the ball lineman.

5. Lamarr Houston-Texas-6'2"-300-lunch pail old school lineman.

ILB

1. Rolando McClain-6'5"-255-Ala.-size to replace Dansby.

2. Pat Angerer-6'1"-235-Iowa-great tackler with surprising quickness.

3. Brandon Spikes-6'3"-255-Florida-decent size.

4. Sean Lee- 6'2"-235-Penn St.- decent speed.

5. Daryl Washington-6'2"-225-TCU-may lack necessary strength.

OLB

1. Sean Weatherspoon6'2"-245-Missouri-can he fall to us?

2. Eric Norwood-6'1"-255-South Carolina-good combine numbers.

3. Navarre Bowman-6'1"-235-Penn St.-decent speed.

4. Jerry Hughes-6'3"-260-TCU-great size.

5. Rod Muckelroy-Texas-OK combine numbers.

CB

1. Joe Haden-5'11"-190-Florida-amazing ball skills.

2. Patrick Robinson-5'11"-195-FSU-size and speed and good instincts.

3. Perrish Cox-6'0"-200-Ok. St.-ball hawk and kick returner.

4. Syd'Quan Thompson-6'1"-205-Cal-never missed a game at Cal.

5. Walter Thurmond-6'0"-180-Oregon-had a season ending knee injury.

IF we get a comp pick for Dansby it won't be until the 2011 draft...keep that in mind.

Draft day should be very interesting. It would be nice to see the Cards swap their 1st, and one 3rd to move up and take somebody like Eric Berry... and go for a LB in the 2nd

I imagine you would need to give up more than our late first and a third to get into the top 5 or 10 and get Berry. That just won't happen.

But we might be able to do what Crazy Canuck mentioned and use those Boldin picks to move up to the 2nd.

I like all of these guys, esp. #2 and 5. Don''t know alot about Dickson except apparently he's pretty fast for his size. I don't think Hernandez fits (doesn't block good enough). I liked Quarles a lot in the East - West game.

WR

1. Jeremy Williams-2. Taylor Price-
3. Emmanuel Sanders-

4. Andre Roberts-

5. David Gettis-

I'd like #3. Don't think we'll have the chance.

#1 won't be around. The pick may come down to Cody or Weatherspoon, although it's pretty early to pick up a two down player. It is a NT though.

All 2nd round possibilities if we go NT in 1st.

It's not a great fall for Weatherspoon there. Most prognostications have him rated from 20 (high) to about 34 (low). He'd be a good pick for us. I'd take Norwood in the 2nd too. Hughes won't be there in the 2nd. 1st?

I like in order for the 2nd - Kareem Jackson, McCourty, Franks, Thompson, then Murphy.

Cox, Warren along with safteys Nate Allen, Morgan Burnett, TJ Ward, Reshad Jones and Kam Chancellor in the 3rd.

No Dorin Dickerson from Pitt? 6'1 225lbs that can run a 4.40 40? For shame! You can knock on him for not having the size you look for in a TE but he can block and has the strength to be a inline blocker and the speed to be split out wide.

What I like about him is the big play threat up the seam out of our 2-TE sets. It would really put pressure on teams that want to stack over Fitz, and cover the TE with a linebacker. Also, as you mention, he is a physical enough blocker to prevent teams from running a nickel package out. Matchup nightmare.

My draft-
1- Sean Weatherspoon - ILB
2- Koa Misi - ILB/OLB
3a- Tim Tebow - QB
3b- Dorin Dickerson - TE/FB
4a- Terrell Troupe - DT
4b- Waletr Thurmond III - CB
6- Kevin Basped - DE/OLB
7- Nate Byham - TE

My post Boldin trade draft:

#1 Jerry Hughes - Really need a pass rusher to replace Berry & Okeafor.
#2 Brandon Spikes - Will back up hopefully Foote & Hayes and start 2011.
#3 Cam Thomas - Nice size, will clog up the middle.
#3 Chis Cook - CB/S had a great combine and Senior Bowl week.
#4 John Skelton - Nice QB prospect with all the physical tools.
#4 Micah Johnson - Another thumper who can actually defend the pass.
#6 Walter McFadden - Bryant's brother who could replace him.
#7 Ted Larson - Will back up Sendlein.
