Keep a close eye on the Bulls as a potential facilitator for a Jimmy Butler trade involving the Suns.Lonzo Ball continues to be linked to the Heat as a realistic destination, which can happen by getting involved in this deal.Phoenix isn’t giving up hope just yet on Butler.

If the Suns trade for Butler, at the cost of giving up Durant, they need to bring back a hefty amount of assets.

kd doesn't have the no trade clause but he's og enough to have input on where he goes - if golden state is willing to rid themselves of draymond that's the spot - kd loves being loved - that's where he is adored

The Bucks are now officially under the second apron by $1.3 million after trading Khris Middleton for Kyle Kuzma.Beginning immediately, Milwaukee can make other trades that can aggregate players together in the same transaction.

76ers are sending KJ Martin and two second round picks to the Pistons.

That moves makes no sense unless they are in full retool mode or blowing it up. Replacing Durant for Butler makes us even a worse basketball team. If they are in blow up mode I agree, get a bunch of assets.

I tend to agree, but the Suns have been so locked into trading for Butler, at this point they appear committed.

Hopefully the Warriors are willing to give the Suns a good return on Durant.

Kevin Durant would have to give his blessing for this trade to occur. Listening to comments, he seems open to the idea.

Butler to the Bucks appears to be an option.

I would be shocked if a 3rd team was involved because Golden State seemed determined not to give up assets before the Luka trade.

IIRC, the Warriors have a couple of first round draft picks to trade. Whether they would is another matter. The Suns need to acquire draft assets in such a trade.

I don't understand why the hell you would want Butler if you are giving up KD.

I mean it would not surprise me if KD has made it know he won't resign, which is fine but you need to trade him for young assets not ancient ones.
