Male actors again. Could be a pretty controversial topic here...

Tom Hardy

I don't dislike him, as I've liked him in a few movies, but don't see how he is an A-List actor.

Honorable Mentions:
Will Smith
Christian Bale
Samuel L. Jackson
Joaquin Phoenix

Again, I don't necessarily dislike these actors, just think they are overrated.

Christian Bale and Samuel L. Jackson totally overrated...

Not sure how anyone can refer to Cruise as overrated?? Baffles my mind...

My pick is Morgan Freeman. Good Actor but his role no matter who or what he plays NEVER changes he is just still Morgan Freeman.... .

Nobody really comes to mind so I'll toss out Vin Diesel. I'm not sure how high he's actually rated, but I've never been impressed with any performance.

Vin Diesel is someone I considered, but for two reasons: 1) Nobody really rates him high and 2) He was quite good in Saving Private Ryan.

OK, so this is supposed to be our opinion. So I cannot be wrong, at least technically, because it is only MY opinion. Jack Nicholson. Not really someone playing the part. To me, he always looks like he is acting. To me he always looks like he is trying to create the part, not be the part. Just my humble opinion. I cringe when I see his acting. Blast away!

This is easy for me: George Clooney. He's been the same character in every movie he's done. I'm not saying I don't enjoy his work, just that I don't think he's that great an actor. I mean, there's literally no difference between the characters of Danny Ocean and Seth Gecko or even Bruce Wayne/Batman.

Absolutely a valid criticism. Maybe check him out in Up in the Air and The Descendants though. Unless those aren't your kind of movies of course.

I've seen pretty much every movie he's done not to mention his TV work on ER and even as far back as The Facts of Life and his one episode of The Golden Girls. If you compare him with someone like Tom Hanks, Hanks is 10X the actor because Hanks changes with the role. Clooney plays each role the same. Carries it off but there's little variation.

I liken Clooney to Harrison Ford. I like almost everything he does, but he plays everything the same way.

You know that kid with who's in all the teen movies now and he was Valerian? Yeah, something about that kid just makes me wish the other person on screen would punch him in the face. lol

They just keep putting that kid in movies and I think he's so terrible so I'm left confused like,,,, this dude cannot act,,, so why is he in this movie? Is he good looking? Is this what good looking is like in 2018? What am I missing? Am I that old? lol
