Nobody likes to be embarrassed, and this team is embarrassing.

What makes it worse? That is a Superbowl caliber defense, whether people want to admit that or not, and it is being not only held back, but literally drawn and quartered by its offense.

Gotta give it to the defense for staying together this long.

IMO, we have a Superbowl defense. Our offense is so bad, it actually works against the defense.

I wonder what the defense's points against would be if we took away all the pick-6's, fumble returns, and FG's from the spot of turnover by the offense ?

I could not imagine the frustration on that side of the ball.

As for Dockett, his clock probably went off. He is at the end of his career, no ring, looking at a minimum of 4 years to re-build, and this being the Cardinals it is more like 20 years. And he isn't making 14 million a year like Fitzgerald is.

You could sense at this point in the season the defense had one more game in them before all hell broke loose. Another 3 turnovers and nada. Look for them to pack it in like Philly the for the rest of the season...

I'm sick of blaming personel and coaches.... 20+ years in the desert and all of this, everything goes straight to ownership. It sickens me because I can't see myself rooting for another team and I love football.

Rhodes and Dockett are two different types. I think 9-0 is intensely loyal to this team. (All those signs held up at camp to re-sign him. He saw them. He knows what he and this team mean to the fans.)

It's a dust-up. If 9-0 had gone out and punched Fitz I'd say there's a problem. Dockett telling a cocky Rhodes to settle down and think about the team? Not so much.

Damn I hope that aint what happened. There aint no coming back from that in a friendship, I like both players man. I love me some Dockett but if he did that than it's on him IMO. With him always talking that grown ass man jazz, I am very surprised. DD isn't known for turning on his own, I wonder what got it all going.

I think hes bought into his own hype. But no true star is as inconsistent as he is. Has big games, and then disappears for weeks at a time.

We could just get a solid player in at DT, and use his paycheck on some OLB or Oline talent.

The team spirited one in this scenario would be Rhodes, allowing the score is the only hope we had.

Not allowing the score is padding stats for bonus time or ego or both but not about winning the game.
