Demens, Okafor & Clemons.

Okafor's injury did not look good at all. That could be a huge blow to an already weak unit.

Ib Kenny Demens likely has torn left acl. Tough loss. Smart backup. Good special teamer

@Cardschatter 5m5 minutes ago
Demens said his knee injury likely ACL. Caught in turf. Non-contact.

Is Bucannon ok? I same him come off the field near the end of the game which looked like a shoulder injury.

Ugh not good news.

Never like to get our guys injured

Demens is a key ST player and Okafor is our one guy who can bring pressure

Yes he is okay, he entered the game on the next series.
The real concern has to be Okafor at this point. Hopefully it's something that just looked worse than it is.

We wont know more until Tuesday most likely. Could be a calf strain, and if thats the case it could even be a grade 1 strain where he might just miss next week. A grade 3 can take over 8 weeks. And grade two is 2-8 weeks.

First thing I thought when Okafor tried to walk was ACL.

I thought Achilles

Either one would be a season ender.

Have to hope its a calf strain as those are very painful. Tha'ts what Im hoping for. Even if it's a grade 3 he could be back around week 14

Seems like the Freeney train is gaining momentum.

But is he even in football shape? Having Woodley and Freeney as our OLB's leading the geriatric LB's and a slow Minter. We could have the slowest LB's in the league.

Russ will feast

Anyone have a clue as to what Freeney is really doing? Is he just on the couch (like Testaverde.. ouch painful memory), has his agent been actively talking to any teams, what kind of shape is he in? etc

I don't know what he's been doing other than asking for $8 million. (That's the rumored asking price)

Something always has to doom this team...we are already screwed at the position as it were.

Yet we're still a pretty damn good team!!!

IMO Freeney is gonna take this D to a new level, plus at some point Alex will be back. Woodley has been the invisible man & never as good as Dwight.

This, hopefully it will force the Cardinals' hand to sign Freeney because he should have enough to generate a pass rush on passing downs if kept fresh :)
