If you are using an Ipod and Itunes, it's really easy.

Within Itunes, click Advance and then "Subscribe to Podcast."

Copy this link -- http://www.azcardinals.com/podcast/feed.php -- and paste it into the box that says, "URL:"

Now, Itunes will download the latest podcast and will automatically download any of the other ones added to the Web site.

If you are using another mp3 player, you will need to use something like "Juice." There is a list of software located here: http://www.indiepodder.org/directory/4/ipodderSoftware.
