Freaking Yes. Made impacts for four teams across 30 years of NFL career. Won a super bowl. Even won for Arizona Cardinals. I do hope he lives long enough to see the enshrinement given his health.

If he wins one more he’s a shoo-in.

Without, it’s gotta be close. Was well regarded as an OC but never got a shot at HC until late in his career. Immediately won Coach Of The Year as Interim HC. Turned one of the most pathetic franchises into a legit contender. Then won a Super Bowl with his 3rd team.

That’s 3 teams taken to the playoffs. 2 Conference Title Games. 1 Super Bowl title.

Man... that would have to get him super close. He’s such an anomaly as a guy who was overlooked his entire career for HC but instantly made an impact when finally given the chance.

2x COY. Multiple rings as a coach and coordinator. Media loves him.

He’s getting in.

Let him go? The man retired claiming health issues only to comeback with Bucs after a year away. He choose to leave, let's not forget that.
I don't think I've ever seen it proven otherwise, But I'm pretty sure he chose to leave...

MB: Hey Bruce, we love you big guy, but Amos has to fricking go!

BA: If Amos goes, I go.

MB: Ok, how you wanna do this? You want to retire?, Like you did in Pittsburgh? Or should I tell everyone I fired you?

BA: I'll retire

MB: Ok, enjoy your career in the booth.

Later: Damn.. I really want to keep coaching, The Browns will hire me for sure!... Damn!

Ok, The Bucs want me..... Can I bring Amos as my specials teams coach?

Bucs: You may not.

BA: Damn! Ok, I'll still take the job!
Holy Sheet! I just signed the G.O.A.T to be my QB, and he's gonna drag his buddy Gronk out of retirement!
Jesus Christ I'm blessed!, If I would have admitted Amos was a stinky POS, and pulled off this coup while I was in AZ, I wouldn't even have had to move!

This is a pretty naïve viewpoint.

If Arians wins again, he’ll go. If he makes another one and loses, it’ll be arguable. If he retired tomorrow, I doubt it.

Does he belong in the Ring of Honor tho?

There's plenty of coaches with way more wins, winning seasons, and Super Bowl wins/appearances who aren't in or even close to getting in. He would need to win another title to even have a chance.

Last year on AB: "If he screws up one more time, he's done!"
A year, and a Chris Godwin injury later, "Well the history has changed since that statement."
I loved Arians as a coach. I was bummed when Bowles left to to the Jets. I always thought Arians when would retire and hand over the Cardinal reigns to Bowles.

No he hasn’t even been a HC for 10 years lol.
pretty sure John Madden was only a HC for nine...and only an nfl coach for ten....did one year as a defense coach before being promoted to HC...also only has one super bowl...something like five losses in the afc championship...similar to andy reid

I will say no at this point. He needs to do more in TB to even garner consideration for induction into the HOF.

Yep. He fought through so much to get a HC job and has excelled. So many teams lost out but he persevered. Amos may have cost him but calling out a player on "kneedeep" made him a fan favorite.
